Check Battery cables, connections, and electrolyte level; add distilled water as needed

Adjust the engine valve clearance every 800 Hours

Replace the coolant every 1000 Hours or 24 Months

Sign off on the 600 Hours Tractor Maintenance

Ensure the proper sized tires are used

Clean the radiator and screens of Engine Cooling System

Check the condition of the hoses and tightness of the clamps in Engine Air Intake System

Check Battery cables, connections and hold down

Check Engine Air Filter(s): primary air filter and replace if needed

Adjust Alternator / Fan belt. Replace as needed

Check the Parking Brake And Pedal Free Play condition and adjustment. Repair or replace as needed. Adjust freeplay

Grease all machinery pivot points with multipurpose lithium based grease

Check the Fuel Line hose connections and clamp tension. Repair or replace as needed

Empty spark chamber of Spark Arrester. Repair or replace as needed

Sign off on the tractor maintenance

Replace the Transmission Filter and HST Filter

Check condition of hoses and clamps of Cooling System. Replace as necessary

Check condition of hoses and lines and check for leaks of Hydraulic And Power Steering Hoses And Lines . Repair or replace as necessary

Check the condition of the hoses and clamps (Air Intake Hoses ). Replace as needed

Check Toe In and adjust as needed

Note: Replace Transmission Fluid, Transmission Filter and HST Filter every 400 hours

Note: Replace the Front Axle Oil every 400 hours

Sign off on the 200 Hours Tractor Maintenance

Transmission / HST fluid and the filters replaced

Front Differential oil replaced

Sign off on the tractor maintenance
