Lubricate Bob-Tach Pivot & Wedges

Lubricate Steering Cylinders (Aws Machines Only)

Check function of Seat Bar And Control Interlocks

Clean dirt and debris from moving parts

Steering Lever Pivots lubricated with multipurpose lithium based grease?

King Pins lubricated with multipurpose lithium based grease (Aws Machines Only)?

Engine / Hydraulic Drive Belt checked for wear or damage?

Fan Drive Gearbox fluid level checked and added if required?

Condition and tension of Other Drive Belts (Hydrostatic pump, water pump, alternator, and air conditioner - if equipped) checked?

Function of Lift Arm By-Pass control in BISC checked?

Sign off on the 250 Hours Loader Maintenance

Check hydraulic fluid level and add if required

Check for damage and for leaks hoses and tubelines. Repair or replace as needed

Check fluid level of Final Drive Transmission (Chaincase, Wheel Machines Only) and add if required

Check for correct operation of Hydraulic & Steering Controls (Pedals, Hand, And/ Or Joystick). Adjust as needed

Check for loose nuts and tighten as needed Wheel Nuts / Track Drive Sprockets

Check tension and adjust as needed Track Tension (Track Machines Only)

Sign off on the 50 Hours Loader Maintenance

Empty spark chamber. (If equipped Spark Arrestor Muffler.)

Check battery for damage, hold down clamps, cables, connections and electrolyte level. Add distilled water as needed

Lubricate drive line Engine-to-Pump Coupler with multipurpose lithium based grease. (If equipped.)

Sign off on the 100 Hours Loader Maintenance

NOTE: The following steps are done before starting the loader

Check level of engine oil and add as needed. Do not overfill.

Change oil and filter after first 50 Hrs

Check condition engine air filter indicator and/ or display. Service only when required. Do not use compressed air to clean elements

Check for leaks and damaged components of engine air system

Clean debris from grill, oil cooler and radiator of engine cooling system. Check coolant level cold; add coolant mixture if required

Sign off on the 10 Hours Engine Maintenance
