WARNING! Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

The operator must apply all relevant Safety precautions

Never run the compressor without safety valves

The valve can be tested on a separate compressed air line

Consult the Atlas Copco Customer Centre if the valve does not open at the correct pressure

Inspect all flexibles every 1 Year

Did the safety valve open at the correct pressure?

Upload a photo of the tested safety valve

Never mix greases of different brands or types

The bearings of the fan motors are greased for life

The bearings of the fan motor must be replaced after 25000 operating hours

Compressor stopped and voltage switched off

Used grease of correct brand and type

Sign off on the motor bearing replacement

On compressors equipped with an OSD, remove, dismantle and clean the float valve of the condensate traps

Remove air filter elements and inspect;

Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage

Wait a few minutes and depressurise by unscrewing plug only one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape

Use an oil pan to avoid possible oil spillage

Unscrew oil filters only one turn and wait a few minutes to let the oil of the filter flow back into the oil separator

Clean the filter seats on the manifold

Oil the gaskets of the new filters and screw the filters into place until the gaskets contact their seats

Loosen the vent plugs on top of the oil coolers

Drain the oil by removing the drain plugs

Tighten the plugs after draining

Fill the air receiver with oil until the level reaches the filler opening
