Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before starting the procedure

Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed

For Full-Feature versions: Dryer stopped

Front panel of the compressor housing removed

Side, back and top panels of the compressor housing removed

Belt tension adjusted by turning tensioning nut

Enter the deflection of the belt in mm

Warning: Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage before starting the cleaning process

Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed?

Dirt removed from the cooler with a fibre brush?

Did you use a wire brush or metal objects?

Warning: Never use a wire brush or metal objects for cleaning

Sign off on the cooler cleaning

Drain the condensate from the air receiver after stopping

Apply manual drain valve for drain condensation

Drain condensate from the oil separator vessel every 50 Hours / 1 Week

Check the belt tension after 50 running hours

Is filter replacement necessary?

Replace the filter if necessary

Sign off on the filter maintenance

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Enter the element outlet temperature

Select the appropriate oil based on the ambient temperature

Was the oil successfully changed?
