Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before starting the procedure

Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed

Front door, internal panel, top cover and pulley protection removed

Belt tension adjusted by turning tensioning nut

Enter the force and deflection values

Values measured are as indicated on the sticker on the frame

Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and the voltage is switched off before proceeding

Enter the force value as indicated on the frame sticker

Enter the deflection value as indicated on the frame sticker

Sign off on the belt tension check

Warning: Always use appropriate safety gear while performing this procedure

Oil cooler (Co) clean and ready for maintenance?

Upload a photo of the oil cooler (Co) before cleaning

Fibre brush available for cleaning?

Never use a wire brush or metal objects for cleaning

Cleaning of oil cooler (Co) completed with a fibre brush?

Upload a photo of the oil cooler (Co) after cleaning

Sign off on the oil cooler cleaning

After stopping, drain the condensate from the air receiver

For condensate draining use manual drain valve

Sign off on the daily inspection

Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage

Depressurise the compressor by unscrewing filler plug one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape

Remove the plug after the system is depressurised

Depressurise the air receiver by opening drain valve

Remove plug, drain the oil by opening drain valve

Close the valve and refit the plug after draining

Deliver the drained oil to the local oil collection service

Remove oil filter and separator
