Fill grease into the grease nipples

Check Cylinder bracket, breakout table torque

Check Cylinder bracket, pipe guide torque

Check Lock nut for adjusting screw, pipe guide torque

Sign off on the daily breakout table/rod guide service

Warning: Ensure the drill rig has been standing still for one hour before proceeding

Sign off on the compressor tank draining

Instructions for checking the oil level

Has the drill rig been standing still for 10 minutes?

Check the oil level gauge. Enter the reading.

Is the gauge reading in the green zone?

Sign off on the oil level check

Lubrication oil seeping out of the drill bit

Plank placed in front of the drill bit

Plank becomes oily after a short time

Warning: Cleaning should be done by trained personnel only

Did the cleaning take place at the end of the work shift?

Select the access method used for cleaning

Were rotary actuators, cylinders and shafts cleaned without high-pressure washing?

Note any issues encountered during cleaning

Sign off on the cleaning procedure
