Atlas Copco Air Dryer CD 1400+

Warning: Ensure the dryer is switched off before starting the procedure.

Disconnect pressure sources and vent the internal pressure of the system

Check the connections of the pilot air hoses to the regeneration valves

Check the electric cabling between the valves and cubicle

Warning: Use original Atlas Copco spare parts only.

Note: The lifetime of the desiccant is approximately 5 years.

Replace the cartridges of the silencers

Check for correct operation after maintenance

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

If dryer is not switched off, stop the procedure and switch it off

Check the connections of the pilot air hoses to the regeneration valves

Check the electric cabling between the valves and cubicle

Service plan A, at least once a year

Replace the cartridges of the silencers

Replace the filter elements of the optional filters (if installed)

Warning: Pay special attention to the connections of the pilot air hoses to the regeneration valves and the electric cabling between the valves and cubicle.

Pressure sources disconnected and internal pressure of the system vented

Original Atlas Copco spare parts used

Correct operation after maintenance

Sign off on the air dryer check

Disconnect pressure sources and vent the internal pressure of the system before dismantling any pressurized component.

Check the connections of the pilot air hoses to the regeneration valves.

Check the electric cabling between the valves and cubicle.

Check for damaged wiring or loose connections.
