Remove dust, dirt and other contaminants with a clean brush or soft lint-free cloth. Do not use objects that could damage the handle assembly.

Ensure that all components are in place and properly secured.

With the terminating head in place, connect the air supply.

Squeeze and release the trigger to ensure that the mechanisms and plunger move smoothly.

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Is the Pistol Grip Pneumatic in use?

If the Pistol Grip Pneumatic is not in use, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Presence of abnormal amounts of dust and dirt?

Operator training and skill adequate?

Company standards established and followed?

Accumulated film removed with a suitable cleaning agent?

Handle assembly checked for chipped, cracked, worn, or broken areas?
