Ensure all power supply, including remote controls, are disconnected before maintenance.

Wait at least 5 minutes after power isolation before testing for high voltage.

Test for high voltage before performing service work.

Observe proper Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedures.

Visual Inspection and Terminal Tightening

Perform visual inspection of isolators and printed circuit boards.

Tighten terminals on isolators and printed circuit boards as necessary.

Visual check for damage, rust and dust accumulation

Is the environment highly corrosive?

Wash panels with water & neutral detergent solution if in a highly corrosive environment

Repair / re-paint where required

Visual check for insulation conditions

Repair / replace insulation material

Straighten any bent fins using fins comb

Damper Motors Maintenance (If Fitted)

Visual check for damage, rust and dust accumulation

For highly corrosive environment, wash panels quarterly with water & neutral detergent solution

Repair / re-paint where required

Check for obstructions & free flow of water

Clean to eliminate obstructions/sludge & check condition of pan

Ensure all power supply to the Outdoor Fans is turned off and isolated.

Avoid wearing loose clothing and jewelry near the fans.

Ensure electrical components do not get wet during cleaning.

Remove the louvered panels to access the air inlet side of the coils.

Open evaporator access door and remove access panel to the condenser section.
