1 Yearly Labels Inspection

1 Yearly Signal Lamp Inspection
1. Inspect that signal lamp is lit when motors are put in operation ("MOTORS ON").
2. Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
3. If the lamp is not lit, trace the fault by:
• inspecting whether the signal lamp is broken. If so, replace it.
• inspecting cable connections.
3 Yearly Timing Belts Inspect
Turn off all: electric power supply, hydraulic pressure supply, air pressure supply to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
Access to each timing belt gained by removing the cover
