Was fan rotation prevented during cleaning?

Sign off on the heatsink cleaning

Any signs of capacitor failure?

Describe the signs of failure if any

If capacitor failure is suspected, contact ABB immediately

Upload a photo of the suspected capacitor

Sign off on the capacitor check

Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure

Is the frequency converter operating in a critical part of the process?

Enter the current hours of the cooling fan

Is there increasing noise from fan bearings?

Is there a gradual rise in the heatsink temperature?

If the above symptoms are present, proceed with fan replacement

Fan can be withdrawn by removing the bottom of the frame

Replacement fans are available from ABB

Fan replaced with ABB specified spare part?
