Drive stopped and electrical safety precautions followed

Drive module removed from the cabinet

Cleaned with dry, clean and oil-free compressed air from bottom to top and used a vacuum cleaner at the air outlet to trap the dust

Sign off on the heatsink cleaning

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Check if the mission time of functional safety components is expired

If the mission time is expired, proceed with the following options

Note: The remaining mission time of the whole circuit is determined by its oldest component.

Sign off on the safety component replacement

New fan installed in reverse order with arrow pointing up

Counter reset in group 5 in the primary control program

Sign off on the fan replacement
