LCD indicator removed without damaging the cable harness

Fixing screw (3x) for the transmitter electronic loosened

Faulty transmitter electronic removed

Connector pulled out of the sensor cable harness without damaging the cable harness

NOTE: The SensorMemory is assigned to the sensor. Ensure that the SensorMemory remains with the sensor and cannot be lost!

The following items should be checked annually:

- Ambient conditions (air circulation, humidity); - Seal integrity of the process connections; - Cable entry points cover gaskets and cover screws; - Operational reliability of the power supply feed, the lightning protection, and the grounding.

The flowmeter sensor electrodes must be cleaned when the flowrate information on the transmitter changes when recording identical flowrate volume.

- If a lower flowrate is displayed, the contamination results in a short-circuit.

- If the flowmeter shows a higher flowrate, the contamination is insulating.;

Wait for the LCD display to show the startup process message

The flowmeter is ready for operation with settings as received from the factory

Connector pulled out of the electronic

Connector of the new LCD indicator plugged in. Cable harness not damaged

LCD indicator inserted and cover screwed on /replaced
