9 Yearly Drive Module Main Fan Replacement
WARNING! Obey the safety instructions of the drive. If you ignore them, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can occur. If you are not a qualified electrical professional, do not do installation, commissioning or maintenance work.
Drive stopped and electrical safety precautions followed
Drive module slid forward as described under Replacing the drive module
Two mounting screws of the fan mounting plate undone
Mounting plate turned downwards
Fan power supply wires disconnected
Fan mounting plate removed
Fan removed by undoing the two mounting screws
New fan installed in reverse order
ZCU-12 Memory Unit Replacement
Warning: Do not remove or insert the memory unit when the control unit is powered.
Drive stopped and electrical safety precautions followed
Upload a photo of the memory unit before removal
Clip at the side of the memory pulled up
Memory unit removed
Upload a photo of the memory unit after removal
Memory unit installed in reverse order
Upload a photo of the memory unit after installation
Sign off on the memory unit replacement
6 Yearly ZCU-12 Control Unit Battery Replacement

1 Yearly Heatsink Cleaning
WARNING! Use the required personal protective equipment. Wear protective gloves and long sleeves. Some parts have sharp edges.
WARNING! Use a vacuum cleaner with antistatic hose and nozzle, and wear a grounding wristband. Using a normal vacuum cleaner creates static discharges which can damage circuit boards.

Module cooling fan(s) removed
Heatsink cleaned with dry, clean and oil-free compressed air from bottom to top
Vacuum cleaner used at the air outlet to trap the dust
Cleaning performed in another room if there is a risk of dust entering adjoining equipment
Cooling fan reinstalled
20 Yearly Safety component Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Check if the mission time of functional safety components is expired
If the mission time is expired, proceed with the following steps
