Zero Zone Display Case 1-Door RVCC

Wipe out the inside of the case with mild detergent and warm water

Wash down all glass doors with glass cleaner

Clean interior glass to reduce fogging and increase visibility

Remove access panels to clean internal components

Clear the case drain of debris and price tags

Remove center or left of center coil cover to inspect the coil

Inspect the coil through the small inspection window at the rear of the case

Remove remaining coil covers and raise the evaporator cover to inspect the entire coil

Remove the right end coil cover to access the expansion valve

Adjust the superheat setting on the expansion valve (6°F to 10°F recommended)

Measure the suction line temperature at the expansion valve sensing bulb

Replace the valve stem cap after adjustment, ensuring it is wiped dry
