Display Board Replacement
Removing the Cover
Read Section 5.1
Remove the cover
Removing the Display Board
Hold the display unit with your hand
Loosen the two mounting screws
Ensure no other objects are inserted into the display board's insertion port
Removing the Connector
Unlock the connector by pushing the lever in the direction of the "UNLOCK" mark
Insulation Resistance Check
Removing or Installing the Cover (Remote Sensor)
Loosen the cover locking screw using a hexagonal wrench (nominal size 3) to unlock the cover.
Hold the sensor and remove the cover by turning it in the direction of the arrow.
Install the cover to the terminal box by turning it clockwise.
Tighten the cover locking screw using a hexagonal wrench (nominal size 3) to lock the cover.
Insulation Resistance Check
Check the insulation resistances in the remote sensor
Is the insulation resistance above the minimum values listed in the tables?
Consult YOKOGAWA’s sales or service offices if any resistance falls below the minimum values.
Excitation Coil Check
Removing the Cover
Loosen the cover locking screw using a hexagonal wrench (nominal size 3)
Remove the cover by turning it in the direction of the arrow
Installing the Cover
Install the cover to the terminal box by turning it clockwise
Tighten the cover locking screw using a hexagonal wrench (nominal size 3)
Excitation Coil Continuity Check
Check for continuity between excitation terminals 'EX1' and 'EX2'
Is the coil resistance 150 Ω or more?
