Ensure safety precautions before starting operation

Remove the hose from the suction side of the pump

Remove the hose from the discharge side and attach cleaning hoses

Prepare cleaning solution and connect hoses for cleaning

Operate the pump with air pressure to circulate cleaning solution

Flush the pump with clean water

Verify the drain flow through the air filter.

Verify the quantity of lubricating oil if using a lubricator.

Check for leakage of fluid from any connection part or the pump.

Inspect for cracks in the pump casing or piping.

Check the tightness of every bolt of the pump and retighten if necessary.

Ensure connection parts of the piping and peripheral equipment are not loose.

Confirm that each consumable part of the pump has been inspected or replaced.
