Replace fan after 40.000 operating hours;

Terminals, connectors: inspect for loose screws and connectors. TIghten if necessary.

Fans / Cooling systems: inspect for dirty fans, abnormal acoustic noise, blocked fan, abnormal vibration, dust in the cabinet air filter. Clean or replace as necessary.

Printed circuits boards: inspect for accumulation of dust, oil, humidity, odor, etc. Clean or replace as necessary.

Power module / Power connections: inspect for accumulation of dust, oil, humidity, loose connections screws. Clean or tighten as necessary.

DC Link capacitors: inspect for discoloration / odor / electrolyte leakage, expanded or broken safety valve, frame size expansion. Replace if necessary.

Power resistors: inspect for discoloration, odor. Replace if necessary.

Heatsink: inspect for accumulation of dust, dirt. Clean if necessary.

If the inverter is stocked (not being used): “Reforming”

Every year from then manufacturing date printed on the inverter identification label (refer to Section 2.5 RECEIVING AND STORAGE on page 11).

Apply power to the inverter (voltage between 220 and 230 Vac, single-phase/three-phase or DC (according to the model of the inverter), 50 or 60 Hz) for at least one hour. Then, disconnect the power supply and wait at least 24 hours before using the inverter (reapply power);

Inverter is being used: replace Every 10 years
