Lubricate Robot manipulator linear guidance (Trucks linear guidance horizontal), 1 nipple/truck
Lubricate Feeder rolls and clamping (Trucks linear guidance horizontal 2X), 1 nipple/truck
Lubricate Feeder rolls and clamping (Trucks linear guidance vertical 2X), 1 nipple/truck
Lubricate Measuring wheels (Trucks linear guidance horizontal), 1 nipple/unit
Lubricate Measuring wheels (Trucks linear guidance vertical 4X), 1 nipple/truck
Sign off on the machine lubrication
1 Weekly Hydraulic Oil Level Check
Warning: Make sure the hydraulic unit is depressurized before maintenance. Pressurized oil can cause severe injuries.
Caution: Make sure no contamination enters the hydraulic tank.
Check the oil level weekly. Refill if necessary.
Stop the machine
Remove the filler cap.
Refill the unit with the correct type of oil and check the level on the gauge.
Close the filler cap.
Remove any spilled oil.
Sign off on the hydraulic oil level check
Machine Maintenance
Visually check the Geared Belts for excessive wear and/or damage
Measure the pressure of the wheels. It should be 3.5 Bar
Caution! Always make sure the supplied air pressure to the machine is >4 Bar. A lower supply pressure results in inadequate measuring results
Inspect all photocells regularly. Make sure the photocells are clean and not damaged
Hydraulic System Inspection
Examine the fixation of hydraulic lines and connections and tighten if necessary.
Examine all hydraulic components and connections for leaks.
Examine the oil, quality of the oil and the filter for contamination and presence of water.
Replace the oil and filter if necessary.
Upload a photo of the replaced oil and filter.
Enter the date of oil and filter change.
Enter the details of component replacement.
Sign off on the hydraulic system inspection.
2 Weekly Machine Lubrication
Use Voortman Ordernr. 002-0787 Lubrication Oil
Lubricate Robot manipulator linear guidance (Spindle nut 2X), 1 nipple/spindle nut
Lubricate Robot manipulator linear guidance (Spindle bearing), 1 nipple/bearing
