Place metal condenser screw (2) over the narrow end of the bump trap (1)

Find the split in the condenser screw retainer (3)

Slide one end of the retainer between the bump trap flange and the condenser screw (2)

Push the remainder of the condenser screw retainer (3) down into the condenser screw (2)

Is the condenser screw (2) attached to the bump trap (1)?

Seal Washer and Bump Trap Assembly

Grease the seal washer (4) on both sides

Vertical Stand Assembly

Locate the vertical stand at the bottom of the crate

Unwrap and prepare the top half of the vertical stand (5)

Position the male thread onto the female thread

Rotate clockwise to secure the two halves together

Ensure the thick gasket is set correctly to prevent vacuum loss

Oil Seal Set Installation

Check mark

Remove boiling screw and retainer before inserting oil seal set

Place the greased thick oil seal gasket into the motor coupler with the smooth face pointing to the outside

Ensure the gasket slides around the greased end of the vapor duct as displayed in section 8

Press the greased thin oil seal gasket in the same manner placing the concave side toward the thick gasket

Place the condenser onto the pallet mount installed in section 5.1.

Align the side port on the bump trap with the matching flange on the condenser.

Place the greased seal washer between the two flanges.

Adjust the condenser until the flanges line up evenly.

Clamp Installation

Open and loosen the quick clamp.

Close the quick clamp around the flanges and seal.

Install PTFE feed tube on the feed tube before assembly

Feed tube assembly must be fed through the seal washer to be placed between both flanges

Grease the seal washer and slide it down the glass tube of the feed tube

Push the PTFE feed tube onto the end of the feed tube (heat if necessary)
