1 Yearly Fan Inspection
Installation and maintenance are to be performed only by qualified personnel who are familiar with local codes and regulations and experienced with this type of equipment.

CAUTION! Sharp edges and screws are a potential injury hazard. Avoid them.
Power is turned off and locked in the OFF position at the service entrance.
Fan checked at least once a year.

Bearing Set Screw Check
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Are the bearing set screws tight?
If the screws are not tight, tighten them and report the issue to the maintenance team.
Is there any material build up on the impeller blades?
If there is material build up, clean the impeller blades and report the issue to the maintenance team.
Is there any sign of corrosion or erosion on the blade metal?
If there is corrosion or erosion, report the issue to the maintenance team.

All motors containing ball bearings are permanently lubricated from the factory. No additional maintenance is required.

Belt checked for glazing, cracks, ply separation or irregular wear
Sheaves checked for chipping, dents or rough surfaces
Correct belt tension maintained
