Brake Coolant Tank - Replace breather.
Parking Brake - Check pads and disc for wear. Adjust or replace if required. Test for proper function.
Thickness of pad friction material should never be allowed to wear below 3 mm (0.12 in).

Radiator Expansion Tank Check coolant level. Add if low
Drive Belt Visual Inspection for Damage
Engine Air cleaner Check. Renew element if required
Dropbox Check oil level. Add oil if low
Tyres Check condition and pressure
Filter/Water Separator Check. Drain as Required (T2 Only)
OCDB Tank Check oil level. Add oil if low
Walk Around Inspection - Inspect the machine as described in Section 4 of the operations manual.
Engine - Visually check the engine for damage, loose or frayed belts and listen for any unusual noises.
1500 Hourly / 9 Monthly Site Dumper Maintenance
Differentials Drain oil and refill with new oil
Wheel Planetaries Drain oil and refill with new oil
OCDB Tank Drain oil and refill with new oil
OCDB Filter Renew
OCDB Strainer Clean
Axles - Drain lubricant and refill to level plugs.
NOTICE: When refilling the centre axle, ensure that the 3rd differential unit is primed with 1 litre (1.75 UK pints) of oil before filling the drive head.;

Hydraulic Tank Drain oil and refill with new oil

Articulation Bearings Lubricated
Oscillation Pivot Checked for End Float and Adjusted If Required
General Inspection - Checked Entire Vehicle for Leaks, Loose Bolts and Nuts or Damaged Parts. Examined the Vehicle, Particularly the Chassis, for Cracks or Broken Welds. Repaired Where Necessary.
Parking Brake - Checked Pads and Discs for Wear and Replaced Where Necessary. Tested for Proper Function.
NOTICE: This service interval applies to normal condition. Check the pads more frequently under more severe conditions.
