The specially compounded lubricants or their equivalent as specified on the data plate furnished with your machine and the lubrication chart must be used.

Lubricate bearing blocks every 40 hours

MOBILE - MOBILE GREASE SPECIAL (FOR REFERENCE - ANY EQUIVALENT IS ACCEPTABLE)

TEXACO - *TEXCLAD 2 (FOR REFERENCE - ANY EQUIVALENT IS ACCEPTABLE);

Lubricate pulley idler shaft every 40 hours

Sign off on the lubrication process

Warning: Never clean forming rolls while rolls are rotating -- turn power off to clean rolls.

Power turned off before cleaning?

Inspect and thoroughly clean off any dirt and foreign material that may have accumulated.

Machine cleaned of dirt and foreign material?

DO NOT attempt to blow dirt out with an air hose as this may force some foreign material into undesirable areas.

No use of air hose for cleaning?

Remove any rust-proofing compound with an acceptable solvent.

Rust-proofing compound removed?

Sign off on the machine cleaning
