Check the bolts whether fasten and the ill-insulation both in the input side and output side.

In additional, the dust accumulated among the winding of the transformer also disadvantages the insulation. So keep clear the inside with dry compressed air by detaching the top and side boards at least every 6 months.; Make sure that refasten the top and side boards after clearing. Pay attention to that unfasten these boards may invalidate the cooling of the fan and lead to the transformer and semiconductor broken.;

Power lamp doesn’t light and no output after the power switch on. Check out the cause of the short voltage-phase.

Warning lamp of temperature lights flicker once every one second. Use according to the rated duty.

Warning lamp of voltage lights ever bright. Adjust the input voltage to the normal.; Warning lamp of voltage lights flicker twice quickly every one second. Check out the cause of the losing of certain phase.

Weld machine has neither display nor output. Check out the cause of the losing of phases.; Arc instability or unwell welding. Check and keep connection firmly. Set arc force current or start current suitable. Check the switch and connection of output cable, make sure that both them match the electrode.;

Please deal with these troubles in time or contact your dealer for help at detecting some abnormity during the inspection.

2. Remove 2 bolts and 2 eyebolts on the top board and draw out the top by uplifting its foreside.;
