Inspect for Scuffing, cracks, splits, conductors showing

Inspect for Bristle damage, wear, drive collar wear;

Worn or damaged parts replaced immediately

Dirty water tank drained and rinsed after every use

Check brush / pad and deck skirt, wipe and rinse.

Check floor tool blades for wear and wipe clean.

Clean separator assembly including filter and check condition of seal.

Flush out system with clean water and clean filters.

Sign off on the weekly Twintec maintenance

Warning: Ensure the machine is turned off before starting the procedure.

Tank assembly removed from the front of the machine using the inset handle?

Tank assembly lifted straight up?

Tank assembly placed on the ground?

Battery lifted from the machine using the handle on the battery?

Upload a photo of the removed battery

Sign off on the battery removal

Unscrew the two clean water outlets, A and B

Remove the clean water outlets from the clean water tank

Wash the clean water outlets thoroughly under a tap

Check the filter of the clean water outlets for blockages

Check the clean water outlets for any damage

If any damage is found, replace the clean water outlets

Sign off on the clean water tank outlets maintenance
