Remove the panel and the corner box

Remove the front and side electrical box covers (each 2 screw)

Disconnect the connectors of address board

Check mark

Disconnect the connectors on the indoor controller board

Check mark

Remove the switch board holder and open the cover

Check mark

Pull out the indoor controller board toward you then remove the indoor controller board and switch board

Remove the holder of wireless remote controller board and LED board

Check mark

Disconnect the connector of wireless remote controller board and LED board

Check mark

Remove the wireless remote controller board and LED board from the holder

Indoor Unit Electrical Box Replacement

Remove the panel and the corner box

Remove the front and side electrical box covers

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect the connectors

Disconnect the connector for ground wire

Remove the screw on lower side of the electrical box

Push up the upper fixture catch to remove the box, then remove it from the box fixture

Sign off on the electrical box replacement

Remove the electrical box

Remove the nozzle assembly

Remove the water cover

Loosen the screw fixing the line flow fan

Remove 3 screws fixing the motor bed

Remove the motor bed together with fan motor and motor band

Release the 2 hooks of the motor band. Remove the motor band. Pull out the indoor fan motor

Remove 2 screws fixing the left side of the heat exchanger

Motor bed together with fan motor and motor band removed

2 screws fixing the left side of the heat exchanger removed

Heat exchanger with LEV removed

Indoor Unit Liquid And Gas Pipe Thermistor Replacement

Remove the panel and the corner box

Check mark

Remove the electrical box covers

Remove the water cover

Remove the liquid pipe thermistor and gas pipe thermistors

Check mark

Disconnect the connector (CN44) on the indoor controller board (TH22 and TH23/CN44)

Check mark

Sign off on the thermistor replacement
