Remove the panel and the corner box

Remove the front and side electrical box covers (each 2 screw)

Remove 2 screws of the vane motor unit cover, and pull out the vane motor unit

Indoor Unit Panel Replacement

Step 1: Vane Lower and Upper Shaft Adjustment

Check mark

Insert the driver to the hole at VANE LOWER shaft and slide the VANE LOWER shaft (2 places each). Push VANE UPPER shaft with the driver.

Pull the VANE LOWER and VANE UPPER from unit.

Step 2: Front Panel Removal

Remove 2 screw caps of the front panel. Remove 2 screws.

Hold the lower part of both ends of the front panel and pull it slightly toward you, and then remove the front panel by pushing it upward.

Step 3: Corner Box Removal

Check mark

Remove the screw of the corner box.

Check mark

Remove the corner box.

Indoor Unit Fan Motor And Line Flow Fan Replacement

Remove the panel and the corner box

Remove the electrical box and the nozzle assembly

Remove the water cover

Check mark

Loosen the screw fixing the line flow fan

Check mark

Remove 3 screws fixing the motor bed

Check mark

Remove the motor bed together with fan motor and motor band

Check mark

Release the 2 hooks of the motor band. Remove the motor band. Pull out the indoor fan motor

Check mark

Remove 2 screws fixing the left side of the heat exchanger

Check mark

Lift the heat exchanger, and pull out the line flow fan to the lower-left
