Battery Replacement
WARNING! Risk of explosion due to wrong battery type or improper connection! Only use original METTLER TOLEDO batteries. Make sure that the battery is connected to the terminal properly.
Open the battery case on the bottom of the terminal
Undo the old rechargeable battery from the velcro strip, and disconnect plug if necessary
Connect the (new) rechargeable battery to the terminal, and insert the rechargeable battery in the battery case
Close the battery case
Sign off on the battery replacement
Weighing Terminal Cleaning
DANGER! Electric shock hazard due to ingress of moisture!
Before cleaning the weighing terminal, pull out the power plug to disconnect the unit from the power supply.

Use a damp cloth. Do not use any acids, alkalis or strong solvents.
Cleaning with damp cloth
Do not clean the weighing terminal using a high-pressure cleaning unit or under running water.
