Enter the model number of the incubator

Enter the serial number of the incubator

Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

Have you obtained a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from your dealer?

Ensure no materials are returned without an RGA

Unplug the incubator before cleaning

Use a cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol to clean the exterior

Use a cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol to clean the incubation and activation cavities

Ensure no liquid is sprayed or poured directly onto the unit

Ensure the unit is not immersed in any liquid

Place the Thermometer Bushing in the center well of the incubator

Power on the Incubator and allow it to reach the set-point temperature

Insert a NIST traceable thermometer into the Bushing

Allow 10 minutes for the temperature to stabilize

Record the temperature reading from the thermometer

Is the temperature within +/- 2°C of the incubator set-point temperature?
