2 Yearly Acceptor Module Cleaning
Preparation
Turn off the machine as per the manufacturer's instructions
Remove the acceptor module from the chassis
Opening the Acceptor Module
Open the acceptor module by pulling the cover toward your hand and lifting up
Cleaning Process
Clear the note path area of any foreign objects
Wipe the note path and sensor areas with a soft damp cloth
Ensure no streaks or residual soap remain on the note path
Programmed PROM Replacement
Acceptor Module Removal
Remove the acceptor module from the chassis
Open the acceptor module by pulling the yellow cover toward your hand and lifting up
Yellow Cover Removal
Turn the acceptor module so the top of the cover is facing you
Wedge fingers under the left and right front top corners of the yellow cover and lift
Slide the yellow cover back and remove it
PROM Replacement
Remove the PROM using a PLC puller
