- Check wash material for wear - Grease 2 bearings on main arm and 1 on secondary arm (each side) - Check for loose fasteners or rod ends - Grease rod end bearings 4 each side - Check for proper function when washing vehicles

- Grease 2 bearings on main arm and 1 on secondary arm (each side)

- Check for loose fasteners or rod ends

- Grease rod end bearings 4 on each arm

- Check oil reservoir (fill if needed)

- Check wrap-around for proper operation;

- Grease 3 pivot arm bearings (2 on main arm, 1 on secondary arm);

- Lubricate air cylinder rods with spray-on lubricant. (Fluid Film is recommended)

- Check oil levels in oil reservoirs and fill if needed;
