NOTE: As the operator of this vehicle, it is important for you to perform the daily inspections necessary to keep your truck in good shape. Maintaining the proper oil level in your engine crankcase cannot be overemphasized

Measurement of the oil level taken on level ground

Oil level checked while the engine is COLD (prior to starting at the beginning of the work day, or after the vehicle has sat approximately 2 hours) or at normal operating temperature (engine oil temperature above 79.4°C [175°F]), oil level can be checked 15 minutes after shut down

The level is close to the FULL line (at least between the ADD and FULL lines) on the dipstick, but does NOT exceed the FULL line

CAUTION! Failure to wait a sufficient amount of time (2 hours if engine oil temperature is below 79.4°C [175°F]) or 15 minutes if oil temperature is above 79.4°C [175°F]) will result in an inaccurate dipstick reading

Sign off on the daily engine oil level check

DANGER! Tires used on multipiece rims must be assembled and inflated only by experienced, qualified personnel.

DANGER! NEVER position your body in front of the rim during inflation

CAUTION! NEVER use water-based sealants, puncture proofing, or liquid balance materials containing water in All-Steel Radial Ply truck tires

Tires operating at the correct inflation pressure for the load carried

Enter the tire inflation pressure

WARNING! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you drive on underinflated or overloaded tires.

Tire inflation pressure checked daily when the tires are cold

Tires inspected daily for bulges, cracks, cuts, penetrations and/or oil contamination

Report any damage found on the tires

Open the transmitter by inserting a dime between the two halves of the transmitter case (near the key ring hole) and twisting

Install a new battery with the positive (+) side down

Align the transmitter case halves, then snap the case together

Check the operation of the transmitter

Sign off on the battery replacement

Warning: Ensure the cab is turned off before starting the procedure

Upload a photo of the current air filter

Is the current air filter damaged?

Describe the condition of the current air filter

Upload a photo of the new air filter

Is the new air filter in good condition?

Sign off on the air filter replacement

Non-abrasive waxes and polishes used

Water forms small drops and rolls off clean paint

Hard wax applied at least twice a year

Basecoat/clearcoat wax used on paint finish
