Sheet metal case free of dents or breakage
Describe any required repairs to the case
All external sheet metal screws in place
Cable free of slits or puncture marks
Nothing crushing the cable and blocking the flow of air
No kinks in the cable restricting the flow of air to the torch
Sign off on the plasma cutter maintenance
6 Monthly Plasma Cutter Cleaning
WARNING! ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN KILL
• Have an electrician install and service this equipment
• Turn the input power off at the fuse box before working on equipment
• Do not touch electrically hot parts
1. Every 6 months or so, the machine should be cleaned with a low pressure airstream. Keeping the machine clean will result in cooler operation and higher reliability. Be sure to clean these areas
- Printed circuit boards and heat sinks
- Power switch
