Lennox Gas Furnace GHR32Q3-50

Turn off electrical and gas power supplies to furnace

Remove upper and lower furnace access panels

Disconnect and remove intake pipe from air intake fitting

Mark all gas valve wires and disconnect them from valve

Remove gas supply line connected to gas valve

Disconnect gas valve sensing hose from valve

Remove burner box cover (4 to 6 screws)

Verify all connections for tightness

Ensure there is no blockage in the intake and exhaust lines

Check if the condensate line has free flow during operation

Supply Air Blower Inspection and Cleaning

Verify motors are prelubricated for extended life; no further lubrication is required

Inspect filters for dirt and debris

Clean reusable foam filters with water and mild detergent

Spray filters with filter handicoater (RP Products coating no. 418)

Is filter replacement necessary?

Order replacement filters if necessary

Inspection of Insulation Condition

Inspect insulation for signs of deterioration

Is the insulation in good condition?

Is replacement of insulation necessary?

Select materials used for replacement

Describe any issues found during inspection
