Replace Transmission-Hydraulic Filters

Clean exterior of filter and mounting area

Open drain valve (B) and drain fuel

Lift up and rotate retaining ring (A) counterclockwise. Remove ring with filter

Install filter assembly. Tighten retaining ring

Replacing Water Separator Filter

Clean exterior of filter and mounting area

Open drain valve (C) and drain fuel

Lubricate new filter seal with hydraulic oil

Install filter until gasket contacts surface. Hand tighten additional 1/2 turn

Check oil level and add oil as required

Service Air Intake System and Pre-Cleaner

Slide band toward front of tractor

Loosen hose clamp at ejector hose

Check recovery tank level changes between engine being cold and being warmed up

Check cooling system for leaks after flushing

Remove de-aeration tank cap to drain cooling system

Remove engine drain plug and O-ring

Remove left-hand side shield off of alignment studs

Remove three cap screws, cover, gasket and thermostats

Change Transmission-Hydraulic Oil and Clean Hydraulic Oil Suction Screen

Change MFWD Wheel Hub Oil Level

Lubricate Draft Link Support Shaft Bushing

Replace Primary and Secondary Engine Air Filters

Is the filter indicator light OFF after replacing the primary engine air filter?

Replace Cab Air and Recirculation Filters

Is the new recirculation filter installed correctly?

Is the new fresh air filter installed correctly?

Are the seat belts in good condition?
