Condensate is drained regularly

Safety Warning: Ensure no parts of the system are under pressure or electrically powered before attempting any maintenance operation.

Condenser cleaned with compressed air without damaging the condenser fins.

Dryer working properly after maintenance, including compressor, circulating pump and condensor fan.

Check the condition of any filters installed with the dryer

Screen for solenoid drains inspected for debris.

Sign off on the dryer maintenance

Before attempting any maintenance operation, make sure that, no parts of the system are:

• Check if the flexible tube used for condensate drainage is damaged and replace it if necessary.

• Replace the Service Unit of the Electronic drain discharge (If present).

• Check if all connecting pipes are properly tightened and fixed.

• At the end of the above mentioned operations, check if the dryer is working properly. This includes compressor, circulating pump and condensor fan.;
