Change PERKINS DIESEL engine oil and engine oil filter

Change GM V-8 engine oil and engine oil filter

Check brake actuator arms adjustments

Lubricate pedals, levers, linkages, cables, hinges and seat rails

Lubricate side-shift cylinder pins

Sign off on the engine speed check

Adjust injection pump timing as required

Adjust GM V-8 Engine timing as required

Adjust diesel engine valves as required

Sign off on the forklift maintenance

Drive axle and differential changed?

Hydraulic system oil filter changed?

Steer wheels hub bearings changed?

Sign off on the forklift maintenance

Condition and operation of the mast, carriage and attachment

Safety labels. Replace if necessary

Safety belt and seat rails condition

Machine for water, oil and coolant leaks
