- Adjust Engine idle speed GM V-6 from 625 to 675 rpm

- Adjust Engine idle speed (diesel) GM V-6 from 725 to 775 rpm

- Adjust Engine governed speed GM V-6 from 2400 to 2500 rpm

- Adjust Engine governed speed (diesel) GM V-6 from 2400 to 2500 rpm;

Lubricate Sliding Surfaces and Load Roller Surfaces

Sign off on the lubrication process

Clean and inspect service brakes

Inspect engine vacuum, fuel lines and fittings

Inspect lock off for leaks and ensure lock off closing

Test LPG/gas regulator pressure

Check indicator light of oxygen sensor

Inspect low pressure regulator for oil buildup and leaks

Check air induction system for leaks

Check manifold for vacuum leaks

Check throttle shaft for sticking

Lubricate Transmission drive Shaft

Lubricate hydraulic pump drive shaft

Check air filter GM V--6 EPA Compliant Engine

Replace Engine Oil Filter GM V-6

Check crankcase breather GM V-6

Sign off on the forklift maintenance

- Replace cooling system GM V--6 EPA Compliant Engine

- Replace final diesel fuel filter

- Check engine valve adjustments

- Check manual transmission, speed reducer and differential oil

- Check single speed powershift transmission
