Disconnect fan from wiring harness

Remove screws holding fan motor/bracket assembly to plenum and remove assembly

Replace fan motor/bracket assembly and reinstall screws

Reconnect fan to wiring harness

Warning: Be careful not to damage the honeycombs during cleaning

Choose the cleaning method used

All water removed from the honeycomb cells before replacing?

Upload a photo of the cleaned honeycombs

Sign off on the honeycomb cleaning

Use steel wool to smooth out the surface area of the bumper

Apply vinyl or car wax and polish surface for a smooth glossy finish

Upload a photo of the cleaned bumper

Sign off on the bumper cleaning

Exterior surfaces cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water

Interior surfaces cleaned with domestic detergents, ammonia based cleaners or sanitizing solutions

Sign off on the system surfaces cleaning

Warning: Ensure the lamp is switched off before starting the replacement process

Fluorescent lamps furnished with moisture resistant lamp holders, shields and end caps

Lamp shields and end caps reinstalled after replacement

Switch in the canopy controls all lamps in the merchandiser

Sign off on the lamp replacement
