Fluorescent lamps are furnished with moisture resistant lamp holders, shields and end caps
Whenever a fluorescent lamp is replaced, be certain to reinstall the lamp shields and end caps
The switch in the canopy controls all lamps in the merchandiser
Lamp Holder and End Cap Replacement
Warning: Always replace lamp holders and end caps with Hussmann lamp holders and end caps
Lamp holder snapped into the sheet metal of the case
Locking 'nub' of lamp holder fits inside the groove of end cap
Upload a photo of the installed lamp holder and end cap
Sign off on the lamp holder and end cap replacement
Fan Motor and Blade Repalcement
Turn off power
Remove bottom display pans
Disconnect fan from wiring harness
Remove fan blade
Remove screws holding fan motor/bracket assembly to plenum and remove assembly
Replace fan motor/bracket assembly and reinstall screws
Reinstall fan blade
Reconnect fan to wiring harness
Turn on power
1 Week Door Track Cleaning
Door bumpers removed from tracks
Track wipe-outs used for cleaning
Soap and hot water used for cleaning
Brush used to remove accumulated debris
Sign off on the door track cleaning
6 Month Honeycomb Cleaning
Warning: Be careful not to damage the honeycombs during cleaning
