1 Daily Heater Cleaning
Preparation
Turn off the unit and unplug the power cord
Allow the unit to cool
Cleaning Process
Remove all food pans
Wash all food pans, if necessary
Wipe down all metal surfaces with a non-abrasive, damp cloth
Describe any stubborn stains and cleaning methods used
Clean hard to reach areas using a small brush and mild soap
Digital Controler Temperature Adjustment
Changing the Setpoint Temperature
Press the key three times to display the current setpoint temperature.
Enter the new setpoint temperature using the key or key within 10 seconds.
Press the key to lock in the new setpoint temperature.
Changing Fahrenheit and Celsius Setting
Press the key once to display current temperature unit (F or C).
Select the temperature unit to change to.
Press the key three times to lock in the new temperature unit setting.
Heater Pre-start Check
Read all safety messages in the IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section before operating this equipment.
Plug unit into a properly grounded electrical receptacle of the correct voltage, size, and plug configuration.
Move the Power On/Off (I/O) switch to the On (I) position.
Turn the thermostat control to the desired temperature setting.
Allow the unit 30 minutes to reach operating temperature.
Refer to the OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES section for installation and operation information for GRSB and GRSBF units equipped with a flush-style remote mounted control enclosure.

Preparation
Turn off the unit and unplug the power cord
Allow the unit to cool
Installation of Adjustable Legs
Carefully turn the unit upside down and lay it on a flat surface
Cover the surface to prevent scratching the unit
Thread a 102 mm (4′′) leg into the bottom of the unit at each corner and hand-tighten until snug
Final Positioning and Leveling
Return the unit to the upright position
Mechanical Controller Temperature Adjustment
Adjust the temperature control clockwise to increase the setpoint temperature
Adjust the temperature control counterclockwise to decrease the setpoint temperature
