Adjust and tighten belt as necessary (GB unit only)

Belt Inspection and Replacement

Check belts for wear and tightness

Ensure matched belts are used on units with multi-groove pulleys

Loosen tensioning device for belt removal

Adjust belts as shown in 'Pre-Starting Checks'

Check pulley setscrews for tightness

Ensure proper keys are in keyways

Are pulleys of identical size and type used when replacing?

Clean the wheel to remove oil and dust accumulation

Clean the housing to ensure smooth operation

Check all fasteners for tightness

Is the unit ready for restarting?

Describe any issues encountered during maintenance

Ensure safety protocols are in place

Gather necessary tools and materials

Verify the following before lubrication

Enter the number of lubricant shots used

Enter the hand gun pressure used

Were the bearings rotated during lubrication?
