Selection requirement for the vacuum pump

Ensure the vacuum pump is not used for different refrigerant systems

Verify the final vacuum reaches -0.1Mpa

Check the air discharge volume is 4L/S or above

Ensure the precision of the vacuum pump is 0.02mmHg or above

Confirm the system vacuum pump for R410A has a check valve

Operation procedure and notices for Vacuum drying

Confirm the cut-off valve for gas pipe and liquid pipe is off before vacuum-pumping

Connect the governing valve and vacuum heat pump to the detection joint of gas valve and liquid valve using charging conduct pipe

Ensure power is not disconnected before installation is finished.

Verify all wires are connected correctly and reliably.

Check that the fixing ring of the compressor foot for transportation is removed.

Remove all sundries from the unit (e.g., metal chips, joint, forceps holder).

Check for damage to appearance and pipeline system during transportation.

Calculate the required added refrigerant-charging volume based on pipe length.

Record the refrigerant volume still needed if the required volume hasn't been reached.

Ensure the valve for outdoor is opened completely after adding refrigerant.

Ensure initial installation is complete

Replace main board of outdoor unit if necessary
