Check safety and operating conditions

Enter the voltage of all motors

Identify motors that require lubrication

Ensure the use of all-purpose industrial grease with a temperature reference of 185°F (85°C)

Remove the grease relief plug from motors

Add grease until a small amount pours out

Replace the grease relief plug after lubrication

Was the grease relief plug removed before adding grease?

Air- and Remote Air-Cooled Chillers

Brush or vacuum light dirt accumulations off the aluminum condenser fins

Ensure no fins are bent or damaged during cleaning

Ensure proper water treatment to reduce cleaning intervals

Remove dirt and slime by reverse-circulating with a mild detergent and water solution

Remove mineral deposits by reverse circulating Liquid Inhibited Acid De-Scaling Solution (Part No. A0502600) through the water side of the condenser

Shell & Tube Condensers (GPWC70-210)

Remove the top side panel(s) to expose the condenser section

Slide the filter rod to release it from the frame at the top and bottom

Wash down the filter with clean water, directing the flow opposite the airflow direction

Is the dirt on the filter heavy?

Use a mild detergent and rinse well if dirt is heavy
