Initial Setup

Press MENU

Use the up/down arrow keys to navigate to the “Pen Adjust” submenu

Press MENU

Pen Adjustment Process

Observe both pen(s) moving to the pen ramp, then out onto the chart

Adjust Pen 1 (Red/Temperature) using the up/down arrow keys to align with the outer bold ring on the chart

Press MENU to save the position of Pen 1

Is the Chart Recorder a 2-pen unit?

Sensor Calibration

Access Calibration Menu

Press MENU

Navigate to the 'Calibration' submenu using the up/down arrow keys

Press MENU again to enter the Calibration submenu

Adjust Channel Values

Adjust the value for the 1st channel using the up/down arrow keys

Press MENU when at the desired value for the 1st channel

Did 'Success' appear on the screen after calibrating the 1st channel?

Adjust the value for the 2nd channel using the up/down arrow keys
