De-energize the condensing unit before any intervention
Accessing the Compressor
Unscrew the housing top panel
Lift the housing top panel to access the compressor
Isolating the Compressor
Close valves to isolate the compressor from the system
Unscrew the flare Rotalock connector from the compressor
Compressor Replacement
Compressor Check
Pre-Start Checks
Ensure all Rotalock valves are fully opened
Check that the electrical panel is closed
Post-Start Checks
Check the oil level in the compressor(s)
Is the oil level sufficient (middle of oil sight glass)?
Add oil if necessary to ensure sufficient oil level
