Hydraulic Equipment Reassembling
Ventilation fan turned on or windows opened for good ventilation
Rough and finish cleaning performed before assembling
Washing oil removed by air and clean hydraulic or gear oil applied for assembling
Removed O-rings, backup rings and oil seals replaced with new ones with grease applied in advance
Dirt and moisture removed and degreasing performed on the surface where liquid gasket to be applied
Rust preventive agent removed from the new parts before use
Bearings, bushings and oil seals fitted using special jigs
Parts assembled utilizing matching marks
All parts completely assembled after the work

Ensure that the disassembled parts are free from seizure, interference and uneven contact
Measure and record wear condition of parts and clearance
If the problem is found in a part, repair or replace it with a new one

Drain oil of the removed pipes into a containers without spilling on the floor
Apply plugs or caps on the pipe ends to avoid oil spillage and dust intrusion
Clean off the external surface of the equipment before disassembling, and drain hydraulic and gear oil before placing it on the workbench
