1 Monthly Condenser Coil Inspection

Caution.
When servicing unit, shut off all electrical power to unit to avoid shock hazard or injury from rotating parts.
Clean condenser coil annually, or as required by location or outdoor air conditions.
Fins are not continuous through coil sections.
Dirt and debris may pass through the first section, become trapped between the two rows of fins, and restrict condenser airflow.
Shine a flashlight through the coil to determine if dirt or debris has collected between coil sections.
Clean coil as follows.
1. Turn off unit power.
2. Remove top panel screws on condenser end of unit.
