Ensure the printhead has cooled down before starting cleaning.

Avoid using sharp or hard objects to clean the printhead.

Do not touch the protective glass layer of the printhead.

Remove labels and transfer ribbon from the printer.

Clean printhead surface with special cleaning pen or a cotton swab dipped in pure alcohol.

Allow printhead to dry for 2–3 minutes before commissioning the printer.

Disconnect the printer from the power supply

Clean the thermal printhead to ensure good print quality

Remove dust and paper fluff from the print area using appropriate tools

Clean the printer cover with a standard cleanser

Remove labels and transfer ribbon from the printer

Remove deposits with roller cleaner and a soft cloth

Does the roller appear damaged?

Replace the roller if it appears damaged
