Warning: This procedure should be performed 2 months after installation and thereafter annually.

Step 1: Remove the cover of the hydraulic unit.

Step 2: Remove the oil filter cap and dipstick.

Step 3: Carefully remove the oil drain plug and allow the oil to discharge into a suitable container.

Step 4: Refit the drain plug and tighten.

Step 5: Refill the oil tank with new oil.

Check with the dipstick that the level is correct.

Step 6: Raise and lower the hoist and recheck that the level is still correct. If not, top up with oil.

Remove the oil tank from the pump

Check the condition of the pump filter

Choose the action taken on the pump filter

Sign off on the oil tank maintenance

- Replace the magnetic component every 2 years.

- Replace the wire rope every 2 years.

- Replace the dust-proof rubber every 2 years.;

- Visually inspect the wire rope for abrasion, deformation, and signs of wire breakage. Replace if any damage is observed.

- Visually inspect the leaf chain for abrasion and deformation. Replace if worn or damaged.

- Visually inspect for signs of abrasion. Replace the component if abnormal wear is detected.

- Visually check the operation of the arm lock axle. If function is compromised, replace the axle.

- Visually inspect the housing for proper lock operation. Replace if the lock is not functioning properly.

- Visually inspect the dust-proof rubber for abrasion and deformation. Replace if degraded.

- Replace the carriage guide every 3 years.

- Replace the electrical components every 3 years.

- Replace the piston seal kit every 3 years.

- Replace the load seal kit every 3 years.
